Sports Massage can be relieving for those that are active, whether it be in sports or having a physical job. This massage approach can be full body or be centered around a certain area of the body that needs attention. This is moderate to deep tissue, depending on the client's tolerance, as it releases muscle and fascia (also relieving trapped nerves).

Deep Tissue Massage is for those that are wanting to release deep in the tissue, if you're having knots and pain. Usually, this is for those that are extremely active, have chronic issues or those that have trapped nerves. Our version of deep tissue does not bruise. It relieves the muscles effectively and comfortably. Nerve Entrapments can be caused by tight muscles. We use specific comfortable techniques to release nerves that may be trapped by muscle tissue. Neuromuscular Massage is trigger point work to relieve tight muscles.

Swedish Massage is for those that want their muscles to relax with some relaxation moves integrated into the massage. It is releasing fascia and the tension from everyday use. It helps with flushing, stress relief and mobility.

Relaxation Massage is for those that want to drift away from stress. This massage will help the mind and the body relax so that you're ready to start another day. The pressure is very mild to moderate, depending on the client's request of pressure.

Flushing and Repair Massage are a mixture of flushing techniques and myofascial release techniques. This is something used often for those that compete in sports, have inflammation in the body, have had recent surgery/plastic surgery or have overuse of muscles.
