Cancellation Policy
Those attending the course have one week prior to the class to receive a full refund. If cancelled after that time frame, they will receive a 50% refund and if cancelling within 24 hours of the course, there will be no refund.
ADA Accommodation Policy
If the class is live, any attendees who are unable to walk far distances will be able to sit close to the door or at the front of the class. If there is anyone with sight or hearing issues, they will be able to sit at the front of the class so that they may be able to hear the instructor and see any screen that may be present.
Grievance Policy
Anyone who has a grievance can make a complaint and we will attend to the issue immediately. If there needs to be disciplinary action, the provider will do so at their discretion.
Privacy Policy
An attendee's personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of the platform or necessary for the instructor of the course. Any information shared within confidence of the instructor will be held in confidence unless it will be detrimental to the individual themselves or pose an emergency.
